LIVING SPACE
The spacious open plan living area includes a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge, flowing onto a covered patio.
The lounge has 3 extra large comfy couches with a 65 inch smart TV with full DSTV.
For chilly nights a closed combustion fireplace warms you and main bedroom air conditioning cools you in summer.
The space offers an 8 seater dining table leading from the fully fitted kitchen, with a central island housing the gas cooker, and bar chairs so guests can share the cooking experience.
The well appointed kitchen offers an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, gas hob and fridge/freezer. The kitchen leads on to a second kitchenette, complete with a fridge and scullery area. This space incorporates a desk for use as a work station.
The living area flows onto a large, covered wooden deck (stoep) with comfortable couches, outdoor dining table and a gas braai/BBQ. From here you will step down to the pool and entertainment area.
The beautiful views of the Outeniqua mountains and the fynbos rich Karatara River valley are perfect for early morning bird watching or late afternoon sundowners.
You will have daily visits from many of the iconic Knysna birds - we have a variety of indigenous trees which attract an impressive array of birds.

BEDROOMS
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is spacious and light with an extra length King size bed. 100% cotton percale linen and electric blanket are provided for your comfort.
The bedroom incorporates a free standing bath and en-suite, walk-in spacious dressing area. A small gym joins on to the front of the bedroom and a private deck facing the sunny north are part of the bedroom's offering.

We use anti-allergenic pillows and there is a safe for your personal belongings.
Blockout curtains, a suitcase support bench and vanity area with hair dryer are included in the master bedroom.

Third bedroom
The third bedroom is on the western side of the house, and is accessed from the living area. It is spacious and light with a Queen sized bed, seating area with large, flat screen TV and a games room joining on to it.

The en-suite bathroom boasts a bathtub looking on to an outside shower, and separate indoor shower.
